Ordering
Order on line with our secure shopping
cart, use our fax order form (click
here for faxible order form) or
call us on our toll free line. We are
available Monday -
Friday, 9 am - 5 pm (Mountain Standard
Time). You may e-mail us with
any questions. We will respond as quickly
as possible.
Payment
We accept American
Express, Discover, Visa and MasterCard.
Checks and Money Orders are accepted
for mail orders only.
Substitution
Policy
Occasionally an item
may not be available. We reserve the
right to substitute an item with another
of equal or greater value.
Return
Policy
At Your
Service makes every effort to insure
the quality of our products. If you
are not completely satisfied, please
contact us within 48 hours from the
time the gift is received. We will upon
approval substitute the gift. Original
items must be returned in original condition
before a substitution will be sent.
No item(s) will be accepted without
authorization from Celebrate
With Gifts.
Shipping
We ship
within the continental United States,
Monday through Friday via UPS, USPS
and Federal Express unless otherwise
requested. (UPS is our preferred shipper.)
Most orders are shipped within 24-48
hours. Please allow extra shipping time
during the holidays. To avoid delivery
delays and redelivery charges, please
provide complete street address with
zip code, company name (if applicable)
phone number and if this is a gated
community. Rural orders usually take
an extra day to arrive.
Shipments
to Alaska and Hawaii are sent USPS Priority
or Express Mail only. Please call Customer
Service at 1-888-654-4343 for correct
shipping charges. Local hand delivery
charges vary by zip code. If you require
hand delivery of your gift, please call
customer service for this option.
We cannot ship
to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO or foreign addresses.
Most shipments take 3-5 business days.

It is very
important that we have a complete and
correct address to successfully deliver
your order. If an incorrect
or incomplete address is given
UPS charges an additional
$5.00 - $10.00
which will be charged to your credit
card. If we are hand delivering and
are not told that it is a gated
community or
we are given an incorrect or incomplete
address you will be charged a second
delivery fee.
